MEN’S SOFTBALL GAMES on Tuesdays:

• June 24 at 6:15 p.m., Dred Scott Field #7

• July 8 at 8:15 p.m., Dred Scott Field #4

All are welcome to come out and cheer on the team.

CHURCH POTLUCK:  On June 29, following the 10:30 worship, the congregation will have a potluck meal.  All the Church family is invited to come and break bread together at approximately 11:55 a.m.

PRAYER WALK:  The Evangelism Team of NHUMC is planning a second “Prayer Walk” in the vicinity of the church for one hour on Wednesday, July 9^th.  The purpose of the walk will be to get better acquainted with who and what is in our neighborhood.  You may listen with your ears and look with your eyes as well as take pictures for later reference and pray for the people and needs of the area.  Anyone who wishes to participate is invited to meet at the church at 6:15 p.m. for prayer, instructions and division into teams of three or four people.  We will meet back at the church at 7:30 p.m.  If you have questions, you may call Pastor Borop at 952-835-7585.

ADULT BIKE RIDE:  Meet at the church on Sunday, July 20 at 1:00 for a bike ride to a local trail. 

VBS UPDATE!  

 Registration for VBS continues – there are forms on the volunteer board in Fellowship Hall, or you can find one in today's bulletin/Hylander. Be sure to check out the volunteer board to see how you might help us prepare and/or run the week. For more information,  email vbschurch@yahoo.com.

SUMMER SIZZLER BBQ and PRAISE Thursday, July 10th  at NHUMC

6:30 p.m.

Invocation, a vocal ensemble that performs a variety of music and has for the past year donated all their concert proceeds to Feed My Starving Children, will be here to concertise (and help us with our singing).   The sign-up is located in the Gathering Space.  Please sign up by July 6^th.

• Mondays at 7:00 p.m. - Encountering Jesus, Then and Now

• Tuesdays at 1:00 p.m. - Forgiveness, Giving It and Receiving It In a Biblical Manner

• Thursdays at 9:30 a.m. - Pleasing God and Honoring God.

All above studies are for both men and women. The above studies are for all ages.  No experience is necessary; a desire to learn from the Bible is helpful.  Pastor Don will lead and facilitate the studies.
